Glazed Pineapple Chops

I made this for my in-laws and they loved it! I also have used it for grilling chicken breast, worked great! Add a spring salad with almonds and your set!

this recipe was super easy and even more delicious! my 1 year old and 5 year old ate it up!!

i cant get my 4 year old son to eat a chicken nugget or a burger to save my life but he DEVOURED these pork chops and then asked for more. they are really sweet and maybe even a little tangy and ssooo tender and juicy in a very un-pork-like way. i actually made these in my oven at 400 degrees since we dont have a grill yet this year. and they were just as good i'm sure. make sure if you do it this way that you line your cookie sheet with alum foil or else the glaze will burn to the sheet. i made these with garlic and herb mashed potatoes and sweet corn.

I will make it - definitely. I would suggest that when baking the chips, line a shallow baking pan, such as the bottom of a smaal broiler pan, with no-stick aluminum foil, including wrapping it over the sides. No pan clean-up!
