I personally didn't care for it, but my kids and husband loved it! I did make it on the stove and simmered with the sauce until done. I thought it was too sweet, but of course that's what everyone else loved about it!

Excellent. Even my picky 5 year old ate it--and asked for more.

I also did this on the stove rather than a grill. I pan-fried one chop for my picky daughter in case she didn't like the glazed one. She never did the un-glazed one! We ALL enjoyed this recipe and agreed that this sauce would indeed be good with meatballs in the crock-pot on Thanksgiving or Christmas. I did use slightly less mustard and cinnamon, in case the kids thought it tasted weird, but there was no need to alter this recipe. Delicious! We're having this one again!

This was a tasty and bit unusual flavour combination. My family all seemed to like it. I didn't use a grill...I just browned the chops in a pan and then added the sauce and let it simmer until the meat was cooked.I think the sauce would be good on meatballs. I think I'll try that next time.

My husband believes highly in constructive criticism, but amazingly the first words out of his mouth after taking a bite out of the pinapple glazed pork chops were, "wow! This is really good. The pinapples help sweeten the bbq sauce instead of it being so spicy. ". It made me feel really good to hear that he liked it! I think it was terrific also.
