Kraft Kitchens Tips
Use Your Microwave
To make indoor s'mores, do not toast marshmallows. Place 4 graham squares on microwaveable plate; top with chocolate and marshmallows. Microwave on HIGH 15 to 20 sec. or until marshmallows puff. Cover with remaining graham squares; press together gently to secure.

Gotta love the smores in the summer, and yeah, I tried the toaster oven thing once, too. I like a browner marshmellow. Try using peanutbutter cups too, or just add a hint of peanut butter...mmmmm

This recipe was quite easy, but through trial & error, we discovered that it works best if you place one cracker and the marshmallow in the microwave and put the chocolate and the other cracker on after heating. The chocolate melted too quickly and ran all over the place otherwise.

I wanted to offer another easy way of making smores' at home. You can use a toaster oven. The marshmallows actually get brown and toasty in there. Just be sure to watch them carefully and use some foil or the tray.
