I hate peeling potatoes, so for me this was WONDERFUL. My husband loved it too. I didn't have any basil in the house so i used chopped chives. I also used fat free miracle whip and fat free zesty italian dressing. Also, I made it 2 days before we ate it and it was so fresh. Perfect w/ sandwiches or burgers!

I enjoy making this salad,it's so easy. I like adding thinly sliced cucumber in my salad for a little fresh summer taste.

I followed the recipe, and everyone that ate it really liked it. I have made it twice and plan to make it again. Has a nice fresh taste to it.

Way too much basil, so I used just a sprinkle. But this is our family's NEW FAVORITE potato salad! Outstanding!

Our family isn't much on basil, so I switched it to fresh dill. It was great! My 8 year old, who hates everything, loved it!

Sounds delicious especially heated, but are you sure 1/4 cup basil is correct? Seems like a lot plus that doesn't exactly match the recipe, perhaps parsley instead?? I am interested in making this, but I'll skip the basil. Perhaps you should amend the recipe??

We like saucy potato salad, so we doubled the sauce ingredients. We also used dried basil, just a dash or two, instead of fresh. A little green pepper might be nice for another color in the salad, but we haven't tried that yet. This is a really nice change to traditional potato salad and warm really is good.

I made this along with babyback ribs, we did not like all the strong basil taste. I will not make this again.

This recipe was easy and really good. My family is a die hard mustard potato salad bunch so this was a bit of a risk. They loved it and can't wait for me to make it again!
