I have done this recipe as the skewers and I have just cooked regular chicken breasts with this mix. I Love it both ways, it is easy & it provides a different taste. I have made this several times and I will make it again and again!

We use this as a base receipe to one of our favorite meals. I add pineapple juice and seasonings like garlic, basil, pepper, and onion powder. They come out even better!

My family and I thought this was ok. I dont think any of us cared for the peanut butter flavor.

I don't like peanut butter much in Thai food so I cut the peanut butter down to just 1 teaspoon so it gave it just a little flavor. Awesome taste!!

I love these everytime I have ever made them. They are a little time consuming but are alway worth it. They also make great party finger foods. I have used them in many showers and parties that I have thrown
