I have made this recipes a ton this summer. I was too lazy to do the skewers but it was just as yummy! My family LOVES it and requests it often now.

This was delicious...we love Thai food with peanut sauce, so thought I'd give it a try. For those spicy food lovers, I put some hot chili oil in the dipping sauce for an extra kick! The kids wouldn't try it, so I prepared their's with just bbq sauce.

Have made this SOOOO many times!! Shared it over and over (Note that the magazine edition of the recipe calls for HONEY TERIYAKI BBQ sauce which gives it a milder flavor). I left out the cilantro (not a favorite in this house).. can be served with or w/o skewers.. I loved drizzling the dipping sauce over white rice and stir fried pea pods. Tonight I'm adding chopped pnuts to dipping sauce... mmmmm THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!
