Didn't have soy sauce- but worstishire sauce works great. Chicken cut too think and was hard to make sure it was cooked completely, so be sure to cut strips thin enough. 3 year old and husband LOVED it.

Absolutely fantastic! The chicken is moist and flavorful. I was hesitant to try this flavor combo at first, but it has become a family favorite!

I added less peanut butter only because i dont like so much of it...but it turned out great! i make it on my george foreman

This was delicious. I really hesitated putting the peanut butter, but decided to go for it. I am glad that I did. It was sweet and smoky and delicious. I couldn't find the Honey Mustard, so I just used the plain dijon and it was really good. We will definitely make this recipe again, many times this summer.

I add the juice and zest of two limes, really compliments the other ingredients.

I made this as part of our family BBQ over the weekend. It was such a hit and so yummy, that I regreted not making more!!!

So tasty! My husband was very wary before he tried it, but he keeps asking me to make the marinade again. You don't need to skewer it - that's more of a party option.
