SUPER EASY! SUPER TASTE! I made this for Fathers Day and it added just the right sweetness to the end of the meal. The perfect dessert to "butter up" your father-in-law. He'll think you fussed all day.

This recipe is SO good!! My family flipped out when I made this and said it could be used at an elegant dinner. It's very easy to make, and I would recommend it to anyone. I used Splenda instead of Sugar for my Father-in-law who's diabetic too. Still tastes GREAT!

I made more South Beach friendly by using SB Peanut Butter cookies for crust, Splenda for sugar, low fat Cream cheese and Cool Whip and unsweetened chocolate. Turned out GREAT!!

Wonderfully light, yet rich. Very good on hot day. Be sure to slice thinly - really does serve 12.

Everyone loved this, I took it to a church picnic and it was gone right away. I found it looked neater when I cut the slices before putting the Cool Whip and cookies on top. Next time I will have to double the recipe!!

I fixed this easy dessert for ladies group last night and everyone loved it. They asked for the recipe and most of them already had it in their own Kraft Food & Family mag. Plan to fix again for a church potluck for Fathers Day.

This was wonderful! I took it to a family reunion and had several requests for the recipe. It was the first things we ran out of!
