The marinade for the steak is awesome. It really had a lot of good flavor. I added zuchinni and peppers to the mix. The vegetable were a bit bland. I think next time I'll marinade and cook all the vegetables in the marinade and maybe add some garlic, too.
This was a BIG hit with the family. The meat was tender and juicy. I substituted fresh whole green beans for the asparagus. Excellent!
I've made this twice. Added sliced yellow squash to the veggies instead of corn and that was a nice substiture. A good recipe for serving steak economically.
This meal was easy and quick to make, with great taste. My family and friends loved it. I plan on cooking it again..
