Skip the bun and serve this great turkey burger with cranberry sauce, green beans and country crock garlic mashed potatoes for a quick weekday "Sunday Supper".

I loved this recipe for the beef burgers with the mozzarella cheese and BBQ sauce. It was fast and delicious! I have made it several times and I intend to use this as a great summer recipe for a long time to come. It makes plain burgers gourmet! Thanks!

This has become a family recipe for our family. We had an improtu party Friday and everyone raved about the burgers. We used the ground beef recipe. I wanted to tell people "Oh it was just something I through together.", but I told the truth. Thanks for making my dinner GREAT!

I used Italian bread crumbs in place of the plain crumbs and called them "Italian Burgers." My housefull of guests raved that these were some the best burgers they had ever eaten!!

I also added steamed green and red peppers and vidalia onions (chopped). You don't have to steam them (I just pop them in the microwave for a minute to soften) then add the the mix and grill, they are wonderful!

My husband is Danish and we have been making pork burgers forever. Put on grill with bread crumbs. Serve with sweet and sour sauce from a jar.

Its great to be able to hide a variety of goodies in the burgers. One thing that was not mentioned was exchanging ground beef for ground buffalo. It may sound crazy but I assure you even the pickiest eaters wont be able to tell the difference. Also buffalo is a very lean meat so it cuts the fat.
