Awesome! Used butter on some instead of mayo. The results are still tasty good!

Although I baked it in the oven instead of the grill,it was very yummy! My entire family loved it and I would be more than happy to cook it for them again!

I really dont care for lime with corn, but I make the corn a little differently. I clean all the corn, then paint it with mayo. Then comes the parmesan cheese and then a sprinkle of chili powder. Then wrap in heavy duty foil and grill for about 30 minutes on a medium heated grill. Yummy!

The lime really makes the corn taste sweeter. It pops your taste buds!!

We did not like the lime taste with the corn. Normally, I love lime in everything, but it made the corn taste strange to us.

Even my husband liked it, and he is a die-hard "boiled" corn eater.

Didn't think I'd like it much but was pleasantly surprised with the taste. I did this as a last minute item and wrapped ears in foil with a little water instead of husk. Will try husk next time.

Another great recipe. A big hit overall. I didn't have any limes handy but still LOVED the flavor.

I made this for a Father's Day BBQ. It was the first time I have ever had corn take center stage at a meal! The whole family wanted the recipe! I have a feeling I will be eating this at many meals to come!
