This is a very easy way to make corn. It is also very tasty. You can use butter or mayo and lime for a nice tangy sweetish taste. If you like spicey food add a few drops of bottled hot sauce to your corn. It is truly delicious. We will make this corn everytime we barbecue.

I noticed that the corn towards the end of the cob was not as well done because of the thicker husk. Next time I will take off more of the husks.

This was more work then it's worth would not make the corn again on the grill. It was worth the try but I am going back to my old stand by boiling the corn on the stove. Another thing that made this difficult was keeping an eye on 2 kids.

We have enjoyed corn with Lime before, but we did not like the mayonaise or parmesan cheese with the lime.

I always grill my corn on the cob, my family likes it so much better than boring boiled. The mayo and cheese add a yummy flavor. I usually will remove silk and spread butter and sprinkle paprika then rewrap and grill away. I will definately make this again.

This is an absolute favorite of ours. We don ad one more ingredient - cayun! I just sprinkle it on before the cheese. It gives a gentle burn & a bit more flavor

Even if the grill isn't available, I use the microwave or just open a can of corn and mix in the ingredients. It's one of my favorite side dishes.
