This recipe is absolutely wonderful!! Its sweet, salty and a litty tangy!! I've have made it for several family barbeques and everyone loved it! Everyone has begged me for the recipe! A must try!!

Sweet corn is in season. My kids just love this quick and easy receipe. I remove husks and place the ears of corn in aluminum foil with 5 to 6 cubes of ice and the remaing ingredients on the top rack of the grill. The steam from the ice cubes melting cooks the corn to perfection.

I use both salad dressing and mayo, which ever one I have on hand. Also I like to sprinkle some cayenne pepper on it. This is a great meal.I also cut it off the cob and add the ingredients.

We enjoyed this recipe, but we both agreed that it doesn't beat the usualy salt and butter.

For any one who likes to add a little spice to their food there is a spice called pico de gallo it is red in color and gives it a little zing a definite must try the kids love it

Very different than the ordinary butter & salt. A wonderful refreshing new twist. We used lowfat mayo to lighten the recipe up. A hit for bbqs.
