This is one of my favorite recipes of all time! If you have a trifle bowl, it's also a beautiful presentation. I use ranch dressing instead of sour cream for a little more savory taste.

Made it for Easter...huge hit (as always)! Here's how I make the dressing: 3/4 cup each mayo & sour cream, 2 Tbsp. ranch dressing mix, 1 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar. Perfect!

Fresh ingredients, tasty salad. Definitely need a wide bottom bowl for even distribution of layers. I used Miracle Whip instead of Mayo - still a great summer salad.

Love this recipe! I added a little bit of ranch dressing mix to the mayo/sour cream for some extra zing.

I have made this with iceberg lettuce for years. It is a family favorite. It is the only way I can get my kids (and myself)to eat peas!
