No need to cook the peas, just thaw from the freezer, and let the salad set up over night in the fridge. You won't be disappointed....So good!

Wasn't as good as I'd hoped. I'll try another of the layered salad recipes next time.

I enjoyed all of the summer veggies, however I think the dressing needed a little bolder taste. I mixed a little ranch dressing with my individual servings.

I chose this recipe for a "Spring Fling" lunch at work. Served alongside others' brats, hot dogs, and sausages, I chose this for the plentiful vegetables. It was a perfect, nutritious side, and it received many compliments.

This one wasn't a big hit. It was attractive but the dressing was a bit much.

This recipe is so flexible. I have done a Mexican version substituting a layer of black beans, and a layer of corn for peas. You can use just about any fresh veggie you want. You can add a layer of chppped ham, chicken. or turkey for a main dish salad. My only problem is that I use a bowl identicat to the one shown, and I have found it difficult and messy to actually toss it with the dressing.

This was fantastic! I took it to my office for a potluck and it was gone within an hour. I've been asked to make it again for our next one.

It was awesome...I added some corn in between to give it a sweet crunch. Now I am always asked to bring "my salad" for every family get-together.

I made this for Easter, but I substituted boiled eggs for the mushrooms. Delicious, will make again.
