Key Lime Margarita Pie

Key Lime Margarita Pie recipe
While there’s no alcohol in this creamy frozen dessert, it sure tastes real. The hint of salt comes from the pretzel crust, while the citrus zip is in the creamy filling.

This was so easy to make and it was delicious. I did use a graham cracker crust instead of the pretzels. I highly recommend this recipe if you are in charge of desserts at your next function.

It was a huge pot-luck sucess... but after a bumper-crop of strawberries, I made it a second time. I substituted Pink Lemonade and added 2 cups of sliced fresh strawberries to the filling. It was a tangy, summery treat. Fantastic!

This pie was good. Tasted A LOT like lime sherbet- had I not made it myself, thats what I would have thought it was. I also used a ready made graham cracker crust and thought it was good. Nothing special- may or may not make again.

Family & friends loved it. Next time I will make a graham crust. We weren't fond of the pretzel crust!

I used sweetened fat-free condensed milk and fat-free Cool Whip and the results were very satisfactory.

After you make this pie (super yummy!), try making it again but substitute Strawberry-Lemonade Kool-Aid for the Lemon-Lime Kool-Aid, lemon juice for the lime juice, strawberry Cool Whip for the plain Cool Whip, and use a graham cracker or shortbread/vanilla cookie crust. Yummy!
