I cannot believe those who don't like the salt in the pretzel crust and those who want to use an ordinary and boring graham cracher crust just don't get the purpose of a salted pretzel crust! It is, after all, a margarita pie. The salted pretzel crust represents the salted rim of a margarita drink glass. It is a must for this pie. That aside, this is too tart, if you just use a tablespoon or so of lime zest and the lime juice, I think it would be good also and maybe not so tart.
