Key Lime Margarita Pie

Key Lime Margarita Pie recipe
While there’s no alcohol in this creamy frozen dessert, it sure tastes real. The hint of salt comes from the pretzel crust, while the citrus zip is in the creamy filling.

Delicious!! Do not skip the pretzel crust or you'll be disappointed. The salt contrasts with the sweet/tart for a flavor sensation you won't believe!

The crust is AMAZING! Too much "lime" flavor for me.... on the sour side, but yummy. I would let thaw some before serving - tastes better that way.

I served this pie when my in-laws came over for game nite & it was a hit!! Everyone loved the combination of the salty crust and the tart filling. The flavor was so close to a frozen margarita. The consistency was great for a warm summer nite, cold and creamy. Was a delicous end to a wonderful bbq meal.

I am not a pie person at all and absolutely loved this pie! The combination of the salty pretzels and the tart lime is a taste bud delight! It was so easy to make! Definitely a great pie for a warm summer night. I made this for my mom's group recipe swap for our Cinco de Mayo celebration and everyone loved it!

awesome pie. have made it tons of times. love the pretzel crust. if you can't find the lemon lime kool-aid, plain lemon kool-aid works just fine. also use real limes, don't try a substitute bottled lime juice. doesn't taste as good.

Very good, and friends have asked me for the recipe! However, now I can not find the lime kool-aid. What can I substitute?

Everyone just loved this pie when I made it. Our favorite part was the pretzel crust, which is so unique and tasty. While it was delicious, if you're looking for a "real" key lime pie, this isn't it. But, it is a wonderful summer time treat!
