Easy to make, not time-consuming, tasty. Nutritional, too.

What a neat idea, especially for low-carb lovers!! I loved the original recipe, but since my daughter adores mustard, I made it with a honey mustard sauce, canadian bacon, meatballs, peppers & pineapple. Even the little ones loved it! I made a & separate skewer of more grown up burger tastes, which included red onion, cherry tomatoes, & pickles for a truly "hamburgery" skewer. Of course we had ketchup for dipping, as well. Yum, YUMMY!!

Tastey and quick...I love it!! I doubled this recipe; put 2 of everything per skewer- they were a huge hit!!! Definitely making these again....they were great hot and cold. I had a few leftover from a large party so I tossed a couple on the grill the next day- tasted even better!

This was a wonderful recipe!! So easy too! I only made 25 of them for a small BBQ we were attending at a friends house and they disappeared in 5 minutes and the kids were asking for more!! I will definately be making this again!

It was so easy to make and so good, my husband is a football coach and we went to a football coach's pinic, and it was eaten up in minutes. They all raved about it.
