I added cherry tomatoes to the burger bites, they were a hit at my daughter's Bar-B-Q.

You can change the jelly to Currant and place all ingredients, once heated through, in serving bowl (one that will keep it warm) and serve w/toothpicks as a hot appetizer, eliminating the time and energy of skewering!

I have made this recipe 3 times since seeing and everyone that has tasted them, loves them! It is so easy and while the meatballs are cooking you can be preapring the pineapple and red peppers.

Just for a change of pace and to add some color, I replaced the red pepper with green pepper and green grapes. Luscious served with rice!

This is a great starter. Easy to make and everyone I've served it to enjoyed it. I've made it for a few parties this summer and have given the recipe to several of my guests.

This was so easy and delicious. I served it with rice and my husband and son went crazy over it, in fact, we had some left over and my son saw it in the fridge and asked for it for lunch! I'd say that's a keeper recipe.

I made this appetizer for a food day at work and my co workers loved it!!!!! I never used grape jelly for anything exept putting on toast, and I was skeptical, but the recipe came out great. Instead of using red pepper, I skewered the meatballs with green pepper, onion, and pineapple. It was a perfect mix of sweet, tangy, and spicy. I will definitely be making this again!
