I made this appetizer for a food day at work and my co workers loved it!!!!! I never used grape jelly for anything exept putting on toast, and I was skeptical, but the recipe came out great. Instead of using red pepper, I skewered the meatballs with green pepper, onion, and pineapple. It was a perfect mix of sweet, tangy, and spicy. I will definitely be making this again!
