We loved these, and that's saying something because my husband is not a big fan of barbecue sauce. We made these as a meal for the whole family rather than as appetizers, so we used a whole bag of frozen meatballs. I did not skewer them; I just added the remaining ingredients to the meatballs and sauce, and it can be served over rice because it tastes really Oriental.
