This salad is almost too pretty to eat—almost. Cucumber ribbons, feta cheese and olives make for a stunning yet easy side that's dressed to impress.

This was an easy to make and delicious recipe. It even appealed to my children, who love the feta cheese in it. Great for hot summer days!
I've made this side dish a number of times and always get great comments. It's a unique cucumber salad, great tasting and very pretty.
My family loves this salad!!! It's great for summer picnics, it's super easy to make, and looks beautiful. Plus, everyone gobbles it up!
Great Cool Summer Side Dish. Will make again. Kalamata olives are too strong for me so I used regular black olives instead and it tasted great!
I love cucumbers, but this recipe needed more "ZIP".
I really enjoyed this recipe. It was very refreshing to eat especially during the hot weather. I would suggest that you wait until the last moment before placing the dressing, because it can get very watery. I also used japanese cucumbers as it has smaller and less seeds than the usual cucumber.
I found the ingredients much too wet. I would recommend taking the seeds out of the cucumbers. Good combination of ingredients.
Taste Great! Made w/ lasagna for dinner. Kids were a bit iffy about the olives and feta cheese but it was a great twist to the lettuce I usually make that they don't even think of eating. Would definitely make and bring to a party or cook out.
This is a good one! I took this to a casual dinner party and everyone raved. It was the favorite dish of the evening.
I first had this at an ECFE potluck-- even the TODDLERS loved it! (We had it without the feta or kalamata olives.) This recipie spread like wildfire. I can't wait to bring it to our summer family gatherings (with cukes & radishes fresh from the garden!). Who knew this much taste could be so easy! Even my friends who love their cucumbers sweet w/ vinager & sugar were surpised and immediately fell in love with this.
