It's a great summer dish. At first I was discouraged with the ribbons, but it worked out in the end. It looked beautiful and tasted great.

I couldn't quite get the cucumber ribbons arranged right, so I didn't use them. It was very good and received many compliments.

This was so yummy and easy to make. It has a very Greek flavor. I substituted roma tomatoes for radishes. Everyone thought I was a gourmet cook!

This was a big hit at our Sunday School class picnic! Unique enough not to be duplicated by others. I used more Italian dressing than the recipe called for.

Was a huge hit at family picnic. I used cherry tomatoes instead of radishes for color as they were in great abundance.

This recipe has become a family picnic favorite. It is easy to make and the taste is great. I used Kraft Light Done Right italian dressing since 2 of my daughter's are dieting.

I was short both the olives and the radishes, but it was still a great salad. I served it as a side to gyros and it was a huge hit.

You just have to remember ONE thing... BE SURE TO TAKE IT OUT OF THE ICE BOX BEFORE THE GUESTS ARE DONE EATING!!!!!!

This is a very good and unique tasting salad. The olives are awesome if you can find them. It could be an aquired taste though. I don't think the kids would like it, but it is a good salad and a break from the traditional. Good to make for a party, you wouldn't have to worry about someone else making it. I will definitely make it again. I didn't use all four cucumbers. I used two and my husband and I have leftovers.
