I couldn't find the olives called for in the recipe, but it was good without them.

I loved this cucumber salad recipe. It is quick and simple to make. I've halved it and served it with grilled chicken breasts. I actually prefer it with plain feta, rather than the sun-dried tomato basil.

Everyone loved this one at a family BBQ...they all asked for the recipe. Took a bit longer than 15 min prep time to cut up the radishes, but I couldn't find pitted Kalamata olives so I had to pit them myself. Very easy recipe and very good! Will use over and over again.

I made this salad for the Taste of Our Department Summer Fest. It was a big success and I have already handed out several copies of this recipe. I received compliments on it and one of them I rememer the most is from our CEO who told me it was very refreshing. Thanks Kraft.

This was a tasty, interesting change from ordinary salads. It makes a nice side dish for a barbeque. It calls for the cucumbers to be in 1-inch cubes...that seemed large to me, so I made them about 3/4-in. I'm going to make them smaller next time, but it was very good, anyway.

The ribbons were harder than they appear. Overall the salad was great. I'll make it next time but leave out the ribbons.
