Kalamata olives were not available in my area. HAD TO PIT THEM MYSELF.( not so fun ) But it was very tasty. I took it to a fish fry and everyone loved it.

I had vegetarians at a party and they just loved this salad. Not only that but it represents itself quite lovely. Deffinately recommend it..

The taste is delicious and it is crispy like to name says!! My co-workers loved it at the company picnic and the presentation was eye-catching. I had everyone in awe from the time the salad came in until I left the park!

I took this salad to a fathers' day BBQ and it was a great hit. I made a few changes. I added sliced beets and I marinated the ingredients in the salad dressing for 1 hour before plating the salad. Also it took me 1 hour to prepare NOT 15 minutes. BUT it was well worth it!

Kudos to the inventor of this recipe! The ingredients were fresh, crisp and tangy.........reminded me of a salad I had in Athens! The presentation pushed it right over the edge, making it an impressive dish on the table. I made it two days ago and am making it for guests this coming weekend. It ages well also.
