This salad was very good. I used cherry tomatoes instead of radishes and Just right Italian dressing instead of Zesty Italian dressing.

Would use something else besides the olives. Something not so tart. Otherwise a great hit for a summer dinner

I made this with cherry tomatoes, no radish and no olives. I used a different salad dressing (italian style) and everyone loved it. Mom took all the leftovers home to have in the upcoming days! Very pretty too.

I served this with salmon and it was a huge success. Easy and quite tasty.

This was tasty. Instead of radishes I added cherry tomatoes and substituted black olives for kalamata. It was very good. It does become somewhat watery so you could seed the cucumbers, but even without doing that it was good. It's a pretty good bet that if you take this to a party, nobody else will bring the same dish!

Delicious. I loved the thin crispness of the cucumbers. Looked great and tasted great.

Though I have not tried this recipe yet I do have a suggestion to make. I do make a cucumber salad from a recipe that was handed down through generations of my family. The first step in the recipe, after slicing the cucumber is to place them in a sieve over a bowl and generously salt them and toss. Allow the cucumbers to drain for about 30 minutes. After that I dress them with white vinegar, sour cream, dill and white pepper (additional salt if desired). It's a very refreshing summer salad. Hope this helps.

This was a great salad! I agree with another review that it was really watery, maybe add dressing right before serving would help.

Really good, easy, light and refreshing. My daughter loved it too and didn't think she would.
