I made this today but used black plum's & 1/8 tsp. almond extract in the filling. I also used golden brown sugar in the crust. It look's beautiful !

I have made this recipe twice for two different sets of people. The trick is that you need to make sure the cream cheese layer is cooked. I used Neufatchel cheese and no one knew the difference. The almonds in the pastry are such a treat so much better than the usual graham cracker crust.
I love it!
Very tasty, although I used strawberries and blueberries instead of the peaches. Would definately make it again! :)
