The best part about this recipe is that I used the oranges as an appetizer to hold everyone over until dinner was ready. The oranges were perfect and ripe so it was easy to just spoon it out and save the bowls. Crystal light has lots of new flavors, I used tangerine-strawberry with frozen peaches.

Excellent! It satisfies the sweet tooth with fruit.

After trying one of the suggested combinations, we started working on combinations of our own, and discovered frozen peaches and the Orange Sunrise Crystal Light is a wonderful combination ... it was a great summer dessert. Very light and refreshing.

the Crystal Light taste was too strong - may dilute more

To tart for us, but great flavor. We added vanilla ice cream to the blender and made it a "smoothie", that was awesome!

I've made this several times since it was published. I switched the Lemonade mixture to Countrytime and used less than 2 qts with about 20 oz of frozen strawberries. It's a bit tart and I'm still working on it but I really enjoy these recipies. I also made Raspberry with frozen peaches and it was odd...much like applesauce in texture and taste. Still I recommend at least the lemonade and strawberries. :)

I loved mixing and matching the recipe! I also tried Raspberry Lemonade with strawberries--YUM! A great way to end a nice elegant brunch or to sit on the porch on a hot summer day!

I only had frozen blueberries so I used those with lemonade Kool-ade - the chemical aftertaste of Crystal Light is so bad that I won't even consider using it. This might have needed some sugar to compensate for the switch to Kool-Ade because it was not very sweet and please DO NOT use blueberries - there were so many skins & mini seeds that the texture was horrible. I tried to strain it out but that didn't help. The recipe suggests mixed berries but after my experience I wouldn't do it because of the blueberries. I'm hesitant to try it again because I can only image how bad the texture & seeds from raspberries might be.
