what you need

Take 1-1/4 cups water and mix & match your recipe from these options...

	Crystal Light Low Calorie Soft Drink Mix options	fruit choices
	Lemonade	1 bag (20 oz.) frozen strawberries
	SUNRISE Ruby Red Grapefruit	1 bag (16 oz.) frozen peach slices
	SUNRISE Classic Orange	1 bag (12 oz.) frozen raspberries
	Raspberry Ice	1 bag (16 oz.) frozen mixed fruit

Then follow our 2 simple steps:

DISSOLVE contents of 1 pkt. (makes 2 qt. drink) or 2 pkt. (makes 1 qt. drink each) Crystal Light Drink Mix in 1-1/4 cups water.

POUR half of the Crystal Light mixture and half of the fruit into blender container; cover. Blend until smooth, stirring with spoon if necessary. Repeat with remaining fruit and liquid.

*NOTE: CRYSTAL LIGHT Packets come in two sizes. Please note packet size before preparing recipe.

Special Extra

For an extra special look, cut 3 oranges in half. Using the tip of the vegetable peeler or small knife, scoop the pulp out of each orange half. Evenly divide granita into orange halves.

This was great!!! It was especially great for family members who have been watching their weight. They were able to eat it without feeling guilty. I would definitely make this again.

This recipe is delicious!! So easy to make and very refreshing for those hot summer nights. I would definitely make it again. Just a note: I didn't use all the lemondae mixture - only used about 3/4 of it.

Looks good...im confused if you freeze it or not regularly (ie. without orange method) <<< From Mary, Kraft Kitchens Expert ~ Granita mixture does not need to be frozen after preparation. The use of frozen fruit results in a semi-frozen texture. >>>

This receipe is very easy to make! Once it is blended, there is no need to freeze before serving, it is very thick. Great on a hot, muggy day!!
