I didn't follow the recipe as called for.. I used ground beef instead and ommitted the tomatoes due to family preferences.. it turned out to be yummy reguardless! Next time I make it though I'll need to find a substitute for the tomatoes or add more liquid because without them the meal was slightly more dry than I had anticipated.

I just realized I forgot to add the basil! Still very good. I used only half of the cheese, and slightly more broth. Very easy and quick meal.

I make this ALL the time...one of my husband's most favorite meals. I add a can of tomato sauce to make it saucier and a little more cheese than what is specified. A+ in our book.

My husband and I liked this but my kids didn't care for it. Used brown rice and left off the cheese. Still good

Not as good as the chicken bruschetta recipe cooked in the oven made with stove top. The beef needs more flavor.

Huge hit with my husband! I made it with instant brown rice (more healthy) and it turned out awesome!

Mu husband and kids loved this I will make this again but next time I might use a little less basil and I did season the dish with salt & pepper too.

This was good but not as good as it should have been. I am the one that messed it up, I used regular rice and it just didn't seem to cook right. I will try it again the right way.
