I made this last night and we did not like it at all. I notice one difference, the recipe I printed called for Velveeta cheese. This calls for shredded Mozzerella. I would still not make it again. It did not have much taste.

Used fresh basil (1 T) with the fresh tomatoes. Also used real rice--already cooked. Stirred it in just before service and topped w/the cheese.

My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe, I added a green pepper with the steak. Will definitely make this again, great weekday recipe.

I had to be careful not to overcook the beef in this recipe, but it was very good.I did put more basil leaves than what it called for and I think that was a good idea. Also,I was surprised how kid-friendly this dish turned out to be because I was a little worried.I will make this again.

What a waste of good meat. In 36 years of marriage, my husband has never refused to eat something I have made. I cook 5 to 6 nights a week. We both thought it tasted terrible and we threw it out.

I am a Weight Watchers member but I can fit this into my diet plan and you can believe I am going to! I usually cook for our local police, EMS staff etc for Halloween night and I have just found the recipe I will be using this year! I really think the guys will like it as well as I did! This one will definitely be marked as "one of my favorites!" And it is really easy to prepare! Try it and you won't be sorry!

I was skeptical at first, but my neighbor made it and had me try it. I was hooked! I have made it severalt times since and lost the recipe. Here I am 850 miles away, a year later searching EVERYWHERE to find it! Yay! Success!
