OH YEAH! Now this is what I'm talking about! A quick, delicious, satisfying meal! I substituted Reduced fat Velveeta and tried to substitute Minute Instant Brown Rice in place of the white by let in sit covered off the burner for 10 minutes after simmering it on the heat for 10 minutes. The consistency wasn't quite right, but it tasted delicious. Perhaps someone from the Kraft Kitchen could suggest a way to make this dish with brown rice? I'm excited to try this with venison, too.
