We made this one night camping. Very nice and I will make this again.

I will do it again, but change the jelly. First time I made it used grape jelly. I think it will taste better with mango, peach or pear jelly. The rice and green beans tasted great with the sauce on the grill.

My family loved it and it was so easy! Pork Chops were moist and tender. I made a little extra marinade and brushed them while grilling.

Baked the chops in the oven and did the rice and green beans on the stove. Wasn't sure about the apricot/Italian dressing mix in the rice and beans, but it was actually very good. Will definitely try this on the grill.

These were great, I used homemade peach jam, the rice & green beans were really good. Next time I will probably add more jam & italian dressing for a little more flavor.

substituted strawberry preserves, loved the flavor! VERY important to cook directly on the grill, ruined the first attempt by grilling on aluminum foil!

The rice and beans were excellent - used brown minute rice and canned green beans (drained) in aluminum pie pans on the grill. The pork had a light but good flavor - ended up using a homemade peach glaze and italian dressing. A jam/preserve may have a stronger/better flavor.

Cooked the rice in chicken broth separately, cooked the string beans separately also but drizzled the sauce over it and let it cook in a bit. Used stove grill, got the grill marks and good flavor too. The sauce was a bit tangy but after cooking the meat it tasted better, even grilled some onions and drizzled the sauce over it... Family loved it...

For me to rate a recipe a four star, it has to be delicious!
