These were a hit with my entire family, even my picky eaters loved them. Will definitely be making these again.

The only deviation I made from the recipe, was substituting sweet and sour duck sauce for the apricot jam (closest thing I had on hand.) Was very tasty and flavored the otherwise boring white rice. Love this recipe and have made it several times since trying it.

I would make it again, but I would not bother with the beans and rice. I didn't like the flavor of the dressing and jam on them. It worked great on the chops however, and we even saved a little for dipping. We used a countertop grill for the chops, and baked the rice and beans.

I just would like to say is really good, very tasty! My family loved it. Another way to prepare the other white meat.

I made this recipe with orange marmalade instead of apricot jam. The pork chops and rice were good, but the green beans didn't cook all the way. Next time, I would cook them on the stove first.

Loved the combo jam and Italian dressing for marinade and on the rice. Nice easy BBQ meal for a hot day. I used pork loin w/o bone and they were tender and delicious...used zucchini from the garden with the rice and the rice was wonderfully seasoned. Thanks for all the great recipes!

The pork was very tender and delicious. I substituted fresh zucchini, onions and pepper for the string beans and they were great.

I only made the rice part of this recipe. After having the foil packet tear and dump all the broth onto the coals, the next time we grilled, I put everything in a metal loaf pan and covered it with foil. Worked beautifully. I would suggest using vegetable broth and no salad dressing. I also made this with 10 oz. thawed chopped spinach, chopped raw mushrooms and stirred in feta cheese when it was done. Yummy!!!

Awesome, easy, with no clean up! I added salt and pepper, garlic and onion powder along with the rest of the ingredients to the rice and doubled the marinade, so I could baste the pork chops while grilling. Perfect yummy dinner!
