Strawberry Cream "Cake" recipe

Though it looks like the diva of the dessert plate, this creamy treat doesn't ask for much. It's 15 minutes of prep, plus however long it takes for the applause to end.

I made this dessert for dinner while on vacation at the beach house. Everyone loved how light and refreshing it was. The kids helped and strawberries were a little over mashed but it still turned out great!

This was so easy to make! The only problem i had is the jello and the cool whip were separating, so of course, it looked a little different. It still tasted pretty good though.

I made this cake for a family gathering. It was a huge success. I have since made it using several other flavors: lime, raspberry, peach, and grape jellos. (Omitting the strawberries and adding other types of fruit instead). I recommend this simple recipe to everyone! Thanks Kraft!

Very light and fluffy...not too sweet! The chocolate drizzled over the strawberries adds a great flavor!

very creamy and light for summer, I made the day before serving and it was fine but by day 2 the cream part was starting to separate.

It was very simple to make. I could not find already crushed graham crackers so I crushed the graham cracker cookies. My family raved about it. I will definitely make it again. I would like to try it with canned peaches.
