Very good, but instead of using Strawberries, I used Raspberry S/F Jello and fresh raspberries....delish!

I wanted to add on to my previous rate... I made this for Thanksgiving to take with me. When it calls for the melted chocolate I found a quick and easy alternative! I used the ice cream shell topping and drizzled it over the top shortly before serving and then popped it back in the fridge for a few minutes to harden the chocolate. What a big hit!

I made this for a church get together. The taste was oh so awesome! It must take forever to set-up though. Mine turned out a little on the runny side.

This looks beautiful, but the one comment people kept making was that the texture of the mashed strawberries was odd compared to the creaminess of the filling. I think it would be better if the strawberries in the mix were pureed.

I made this recipe for thanksgiving 06' it was beautiful!!! I added one chocolate stem and leaf per strawberry, I think this did alot for those bare tops. (P.S. there is a video on this web site of how to do the leaves if you are not sure how.)

I've made this recipe twice and received rave reviews both times. It looks so elegant and professional with the strawberrries and chocolate on top. I had problems with the crust not holding up very well the second time I made it, but will make it again!

I followed the recipe exactly and it was not completely jelled after five hours in the refrigerator. It barely held together after taking off the sides of the springform pan. Perhaps using less water or ice would help make it more like a mousse than a semi-solid pudding. I don't think it is worth the time to prepare it.
