I just made this recipe tonight and loved it! I altered it a little by cutting the pork into chunks and fried it with onion and oil. I added the peppers and bbq sauce then a little soy sauce and garlic. Served over rice and was delicious!

I just made this tonight, was very happy with it, the chops were very moist, I'm sure I put in more pepper, onion and BBQ than I was supposed to but it turned out really well. Will try this on my hubby who isn't much of a pork eater.

I loved this!!! Just the right amount of spice (I used original BBQ sauce) and it was perfect! I will make this again and again.

I absolutly LOVED these pork chops..And I am NOT big fan of pork at all. My husband who is a pork eater didnt like it too much..though still ate it! I ate even the leftovers SOO good..Oh yea I also added extra BBQ, Otherwise if not its a little "dry", I like extra to dip!

I don't like onions or green peppers, but everyone I was making it for do. It was so good that even I ate the onions and green peppers. I too would add more sauce next time. This was a really great way to spice up barbacued pork chops. I will be making this again.

I made this one when my mother & step father were here. It was not that great. For all the time it took it didn't have much flavor. I will not make this again.
