I altered this recipe by cooking the pork chops in 1 1/2 c. Kraft reg. Italian dressing, 1 c. water, and Ms Dash omitting onion/green peppers. I drained this off into a separate pan before adding the BBQ sauce (I used more than the recipe called for and Kraft original, don't care for it sweet) but I ended up adding some of what I drained off back. This was great. Even before the BBQ. Next time we are going to try it without the BBQ.
