I read the comments before I made this, and a couple said it was a bit bland. So before browning the chops, I rubbed them with some carribean jerk seasoning mix (sweet & spicy), which complimented the barbeque sauce and onion/pepper flavors, and gave it a nice kick. I also pressed a few cloves of garlic and added that to the veggies while cooking them.

My husband liked it a lot and my 6 yr old thought it was pretty good. I thought it was boring....thought it would have more flavor. I only had boneless pork chops.

Ok..we don't even LIKE onions or green peppers but thought they would add flavor so gave it a try! I hate porkchops normally and I wish I would have made enough for a second helping! They deserve six stars. Quick and easy too! Didn't look exactly like the picture but who cares...they were delicious!

I have 3 children who are very picky eaters, and they all seemed to like it. It was very quick and easy too. That means alot when you have a big family.

This was wonderful! I was very surprised at how good it was and it was so easy! I will definitely make this again. I only had 2 pork chops so estimated the amount of other ingredients and it turned out great! I served it with mashed potatoes, cream corn, and wine. Oh - a tip - put the lid on the skillet so it doesn't splatter all over!
