Being dieabetic with high cholestrol I made this with sugar substitute and egg substitute and the low fat cream cheese. No one that's tasted it can tell and are happy to hear that's it's a pretty healthy treat. They all want the receipe.

These bars are great! I brought them to a football party and they were gone quick. The preserves were a little hard to spread over the graham crackers, but they still turned out perfect.

First time I made this according to the recipe for a potlock. I bought blueberry preserves, but i had a hard time spreading it on the graham crackers and ran out of preserves before i reached the edge. I added a little grape jam to finsh the edges. I think the preserves would spread easier. The second time i made this, I used what i had on hand, Fresh strawberries and Strawberry preserves. I halve the recipe and used a graham cracker pie crust. It was even easier than the first time and a perfect size for home.

I made this recipe for our Labor Day bbq and it was a hit! It was my first time attempting cheesecake and I couldn't have been happier with the result. I highly recommend this recipe.

Very easy to make and tasty! Definitely something I'd make again. Kids really liked them too. I used more jam (12 oz.) than it called for; may be easier to spread if it's warmed a bit. Might be good with raspberries too.

I really liked these, I made them for my dad for Father's Day and he absolutely loved them, so did the rest of my family. Very Tasty :)

I followed the recipe to the "T". It was very plain. Has the texture of cheescake but no taste!!! My husband usually eats everthing.....not this! :(
