Blueberry Cheesecake Bars

Go ahead, set the bar higher. More impressive than brownies, this crowd-pleasing dessert sports juicy blueberries and creamy cheese cake on a delicate graham cracker crust.

What You Need

Tbsp. butter, melted

cups HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs

pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

3/4

cup sugar

eggs

tsp. vanilla

jar (10 oz.) blueberry preserves

cup blueberries

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

MIX butter and graham crumbs in 13x9-inch pan; press onto bottom of pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.

BEAT cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla; beat until well blended. Stir jam in jar until softened; spread evenly onto crust. Top with berries, then cream cheese mixture.

BAKE 30 min. or until slightly puffed. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

Make it Easy

Line 13x9-inch pan with 17x9-inch piece of parchment paper, with ends of paper extending over sides. Prepare recipe as directed. When cooled, run knife around sides of pan, then gently lift cheesecake out using paper handles. No sticking problem!

I've been making this for a couple years because it's my husbands favorite! I use one package Fat Free, you can't tell!!! I like it after it's been refrigerated.

Beware putting on a few pounds with this recipe. I couldn't stop eating it. My now sister-in-law made this and told me she got the recipe online at Kraft so as soon as we got home I jumped on the computer to find it. My husband doesn't care for cheesecake and even he loved these. One of the best cheesecakes I've eaten.

This recipe is AWESOME ! I took the BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE BARS to a JULY 4th cookout and they were GONE ! EVERYONE raved about how pretty and tasty they were ! I LOVE blueberries and will make this again and again !

I took this to work and everyone loved it. I added about 1/4c sugar to the crust mixture. Microwave the jam a bit and it will spread very easily! I give this recipe a definate thumbs up.

It was okay. I made it for my boss's b-day and it went over pretty well. I will probably make something different next time, but it wasn't bad. Just not fabulous.
