Very tasty. I substituted red potatoes for the red pepper to give the side a little more substance. My boyfriend mmm'd all through dinner, so I guess it was a success! The dressing makes all the difference.

The chicken was very moist and the vegetable medley was the perfect compliment to this nutritious meal. I also followed the suggestion and did BBQ scalloped potatoes. Fabulous labor day meal. Thanks!

My girls sometimes whine about how much I make chicken but they beg me to make this! Very flavorful and moist. I've made it for family gatherings too and everyone just loves it and asks how to make it. Great recipe. Thanks a bunch!

Instead of chicken, I used butterfly pork chops. My husband and children loved it. He said that this is a new addition to our weekly meals.

Excellent! Used boneless chicken thighs instead of breasts. Still great!

Yummm....my mouth is watering just thinking of this recipe. Very easy to make and very tasty. I added mushrooms, squash, and cherry tomatoed to the grilled veggies to make it even more delicious.

We didn't care for the dressing on the vegetables... the chicken wasn't too bad though!

I made the veggies as listed and have also substitued yellow squash for the asparagus and added green pepper to the mix. It was great both ways. I grill these veggies with other meats also such as pork chops. This has become a family favorite.
