What I like about this recipe is it's low sodium/fat content and it is also eye pleasing with the red pepper and red onion, zucchini combo. I loved it!

Oh boy, was this grilled meal fantastic! Low-effort to prepare, with high-flavor results. The foil pan with punched holes is a superb idea for cooking any combination of vegetables on the grill. I use a 9X9X2 aluminum poultry pan to cook vegetables for my husband and myself. The higher sides make it easier to keep the vegetables in the pan when stirred as they cook.

I loved the meal. I would marinate the chicken longer though. My husband who is a non vegatable eater loved the vegtables. I thought I would have leftovers for the next day but there was none. It really was good.

This was so easy to make. My husband even ate the grilled vegetables and said they were good. Thanks Kraft!

Vegetables were excellent. Chicken didn't have a lot of flavor from dressing, but it may be because I marinated it with the chicken in a bag. Next time I'll try brushing it on as the recipe states.
