What You Need

small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)

1/4

cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing, divided

zucchini, cut into chunks

red pepper, cut into chunks

cup cut-up fresh asparagus spears

small red onion, cut into chunks

Make It

HEAT grill to medium-high heat.

BRUSH chicken with 2 Tbsp. dressing. Let stand 10 min.

MEANWHILE, poke holes in bottom of disposable aluminum foil pan. Toss vegetables with remaining dressing. Place in prepared pan.

PLACE chicken and pan of vegetables on grill grate. Grill 20 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF) and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning chicken over after 10 min. and stirring vegetables occasionally.

Use Your Grill Basket

Omit foil pan. Place vegetable mixture in grill basket. Grill as directed, shaking basket frequently.

Refrigerate any leftovers. Then, toss with hot cooked pasta as part of a quick supper the next day.

This was a hit at our house. I didn't grill outside, it was too hot (we live in AZ and it's July), but I grilled them on the George Foreman inside and just sauted the veggies in a skillet. My eight year old and husband both loved it and said I can make it again!

Chicken was good. I think we would have preferred the vegetables roasted in the oven.

Very tasty and quick to make, next time I would increase cooking time for the vegetalbles to a half hour.

This was a great recipe. However I had to use the Zesty Italian because my store does not carry the sun-dried tomato. Still excellent.

WOW! Very good. I didn't feel like messing with the charcoal grill so I broiled the chicken ~20 min each side and the veggies ~30 min total with stirring occasionally. YUM!!!

The chicken was good but the veggies were not tasty at all. Obviously you can make one without the other so I would still make the chicken again.

I found this recipe here on this site a couple years back and we've been making it ever since! It's quick, easy and tastes great! My husband claims it to be the only "chicken & veggie" meal he can eat with out feeling "snacky" later - which is great because what's the point in eating healthy if you're gonna ruin later?! :) Great job with this one Kraft!
