Being the wife and mother of some very finicky eaters, I was surprised when my family raved over this recipe. They loved the taste and the presentation of the colors. This recipe has become one of our favorites.

Amazing! I even got my mom to eat the veggies and she hates veggies. The chicken was so moist and juicy and the veggies were just perfect. I used a grilling basket for the veggies which made it a lot easier and I also used a tad more dressing because when I cut the recipe in 1/2 the amount of dressing wasn't quite enough.

Excellent for cookouts for those who want to eat healthy. We sliced the chicken into strips which helped the chicken to stay moist on the grill. The sundried dressing added a light flavor.

My husband loved this because the chicken was nice and moist, and he alwasy fears dry chicken off the grill. We had about 1/4-1/2 pound more of chicken than the recommended pound, so that might explain why our chicken wasn't dry.

The chicken turned out too dry for our tastes on the grill, but might be good in the oven to retain the juiciness of the chicken.

This dish was extremely satisfying and fulfilling. To give the vegetables a bit of a "zip" I think that taking out the asparagus and substituting fresh pineapple cubes would make a delious treat while maintaining to be a healthy dinner side.
