Perfect BBQ Grilled Chicken

Say buh-bye to dry and hello to moist, flavorful chicken breasts. What makes them perfect every time, whether grilled or baked? Gotta be the BBQ marinade.

What You Need

1/3

cup KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing

small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)

1/4

cup KRAFT or BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce

Make It

step 1

POUR dressing over chicken in resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate. Remove chicken from marinade; discard bag and marinade.

step 2

HEAT grill to medium heat. Place chicken on grill.

step 3

GRILL 12 to 15 min. or until done (165°F), turning and brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce.

Variation

Marinate chicken in glass dish instead of plastic bag.

Food Facts

If chicken breast halves are thick at one end, flatten thick end of chicken to ensure even cooking.

Use Your Oven

Don't know what to do if your grill runs out of gas unexpectedly or if it starts to rain? Just place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 20 min. or until done.

I have made this recipe many times. The grilled chicken is so moist and delicious. I have served this for company and have shared recipe with many friends. This is definitely a winner recipe!!!

This recipe was fabulous! Very moist and flavorful. I was a little hesitant because we aren't big on BBQ sauce, but it wasn't overpowering. My husband and both sons loved it too. We followed a suggestion and made extra chicken to do a cold chicken, spinach and pear salad another night. We'll definitely do both again!

I used bone-in skin on chicken breasts because that is what I had. These were wonderful juicy and tender w/ great flavor.

I made this chicken last night, I marinated the chicken in Catalina,instead of the ceaser, I did not have any.. It turned out wonderful and so moist, and I used the BBQ sauce, only I added 1/4 cup italian dressing, 1/4 cup of bbq sauce and 2 tablespoons of orange marmalade.. it was so good, everyone loved it. IM not much of a griller, and let me tell you, By the way the chicken tasted, you would had guessed i was Bobby flay!

I marinated this in Italian dressing for about 4 days in the refrigerator, but to me it lacked flavor. If I do make it again I will definitely add more of my own seasonings.

This recipe was so easy to make. Next time try Catalina Dressing for the marinade...it is equally great.
