We make this all the time in the summer. It is a great way to use up all the cucumbers and tomatoes in the garden. And my kids love it!!

Super quick and easy to make. I layer mine tomato, cucumber, onion, then drizzled with dressing AND I added 4oz container of feta and chopped bacon to jazz it up a little bit.

My Mother always said "You eat first with your eyes and then with your taste buds". This was a constant on our table growing up but never added cheese, I think I'll try it!. Thanks for a new twist.

I have been making this for years. Our whole family loves it, including the grand-children. Another good variety of a summer salad. But, I do make it in the winter also for a change.

I already make something similar to this, but I use a mixture of olive oil and a light balsamic vinegar. And I toss in a bit of feta cheese and fresh basil.
