I made this for a family reunion and everyone loved it. It was so simple and so tasty. A great summer salad.

Very tasty and fresh..easy to prepare. Will certainly prepare again. My husband doesnt care for cucumbers, but I can have this for myself without any bother and not feel "guilty" for preparing just for "me".

It changes with different dressing and different tomatoes, which I grow.

I have been making a variation of this recipe for years. I chop my tomatoes into bite-sized pieces, thin slice my cucumber with or without peel, slice or dice an onion, and add about a tsp. of parsley flakes to the bowl. I pour about 1/4 cup of either a vinegarette dressing or the Italian dressing over all and stir. After marinating for a short while it's flavor is wonderful. Great recipe!

I also cut tomatoes, and onions into bite size pieces. I used vadalias and let it marinade for a while. I found the dressing a good compliment this way. You could easily use a slotted spoon to dip it out of the bowl, if you find it too intense. I loved it.

This is a wonderful salad. I modified it a bit by cutting up the tomato and cucumber and onion into bite size chunks and mixing it together in a large bowl with the dressing. Turned out great!

This was a nice side dish on a summer day. I enjoyed it, but next time would either use much less salad dressing or some oil and vinegar instead. The dressing completely over powers the taste of the vegetables. I also added some fresh chopped basil to this too. Yum.
