I've made this twice and it was a hit both times. Fresh and delish! Add a little feta for a nice twist.

So good! Whole family loved it and wished I had made more! Served this with the Mediterranean Mozza-Chicken from kraftfoods.com - delicious!

I made this for my husband on a Thursday night. He ate it ALL by mid-day Friday. Then he made it by HIMSELF for a bachelor party that he was going to on Saturday. He's hooked!!! It was a little too hot for me, I'd use less jalapeño, or take out the seeds if you are sensitive to heat:)

I sometimes add black beans. My family loves this fresh salsa.

Delish!! I used a different marinade, a garlic based marinade, but still a great flavor!!! I got wonderful reviews at a family gathering.

I made this recipe for this years Cinco De Mayo party and added a can of rinsed black beans to it, and used about a half of a chopped jalepeno pepper . I had rave reviews and everyone wanted the recipe.

Love how colorful it is! Smells wonderful and tastes just as great! I doubled up on jalapenos to make it spicier. It makes a LOT! I probably would half it next time.
