Fresh Corn Salsa

YUMMY! I was suprised the dressing worked, too. It will be a hit at a gathering. We used it to top crunchy fish taco's (which would have been 'so-so' without the salsa). This salsa made our dinner 'over the top' great!

This was really good. Took it to a get together with friends and even the kids loved it. I did add the black beans, as someone suggested, and also just squeezed a lime over the top instead of the dressing and it was so light and tasty. I brought low fat wheat thins to serve with it but they were also using tortilla chips. I had to give this recipe out to several people. I highly recommend it!

Easy to make and so tasty. My entire family loved it. I took it to a cookout and everyone there asked for the recipe. I will definitely be making this again.
